Taste of TLC

  • 3:00 pm
  • East County Transitional Living Center

On December 5th, our campus will be decorated for the holidays, with stations highlighting our main campus activities as well as stations to showcase our men and women 1st Phase facilities, sober living, Power of a Shower, and community services (Clean & Safe crew and vegetation management).

We'd love for you to bring your friends and family to join in the celebration! We're also looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with decorating, setting up, and tidying the campus before and after the event. Your support will make this day even more special! If you or someone you know would love to share their decorating talents or lend a hand in preparing the campus, we'd love to hear from you!

Bring Your Group to Give Back This Holiday Season!

We invite you to make the most of the holiday season by joining us in giving back. When you plan a tour, consider gathering a group to bring essential items that make a huge difference in the lives of those we support. Together, we can spread warmth and hope to community members in need.

Suggested Items for Donation:

Socks – Warm and durable, a simple pair of socks can provide comfort and warmth.
Hygiene Products – Everyday items like soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, and shampoo help restore dignity and health.
Linens – Fresh linens and towels bring warmth and comfort to those transitioning to stable living conditions.
Other Necessities – Consider bringing items like gloves, blankets, hats, and non-perishable snacks.

By bringing these items along when you visit, you and your group can directly support families and individuals who rely on these essentials during difficult times. This holiday season, join us in making every tour a chance to touch lives and give back.
