During our one-year program residents learn the value of work by participating in job readiness training and vocational skills development. ECTLC provides the training where participants learn to:
- Operate concession stands for professional sporting events
- Provide valet parking and security for public events
- String lights for homes and businesses
- Plan and cook for catered events
- Learn construction labor
- Organize merchandise and operate registers for non-profit stores
- Learn fire prevention skills
