An incredible person and blessing to everyone at ECTLC, Helen is the 2022 Citizen of the Year
Back on December 14, our Director of Development, Helen Zamora, was honored by the East County Chamber of Commerce as El Cajon’s 2021 Citizen of the Year. Her tireless efforts in the communities of East County have positively impacted the issues of homeless families and individuals as they strive to recover. You’ve met some of these folks, after they’ve completed our programs, and probably don’t even know it—that’s how complete the transformation can be, for client participants who are willing to allow the Lord to work in their circumstances!
